What can I say? The location was amazing. The place was amazing. A little bit of peace in what can be a busy area. The house was clean and everything was as described. The WiFi worked great… It was the perfect base of operation to plan out a busy day and the perfect place to recharge at the end of the day. I can’t recommend enough!! Thank you!

The house was perfect for us. Very clean. Everything well stocked. Outside area was clean and well maintained and perfect for a family. Had all the amenities and more. Paid very close attention to the details to made our stay perfect. Hosts are kind and responsive.

Place was very beautiful and was such a nice area, definitely recommend driving over to Columbia during your stay. Place was a bit more renovated than the pictures which was a nice surprise.

Quaint house in a beautiful setting, the view could not be better! The space was “cozy”, but more than sufficient for us 4 adults. Very tastefully renovated and decorated, and extremely clean throughout. Bedding was extremely comfortable and bath towels were nice and fluffy. Hot tub was a very nice amenity and well-maintained. The quiet location while also being close to state college can’t be beat. Overall, would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful location, very peaceful, and very responsive owners! I highly recommend this location! Very easy access to Gettysburg and surrounding attractions. This unit exceeded expectations.

We can’t say enough about Hilee’s beautiful home, her excellent communication and how well she went out of her way to make us feel at home. She let us know as soon as the house was cleaned and available, easy instructions, and we walked right into the coziest setting- with fresh muffins to welcome us, lights on and music playing. Exactly as described but even better! Super comfortable beds, incredibly clean and great amenities! Thank you so much for letting us stay! Great location with so much to do. It was rainy when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful yard but such a lovely find! We’ll be back when we’re in the area!

The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and offered fantastic views of the river and surrounding areas. The house itself was very well maintained and offered a great outdoor area with the hot tub. Josh and Nicole were extremely accommodating and were absolutely fantastic hosts, would completely recommend them and staying on one of their properties.

An absolutely beautiful and memorable stay! From the moment we booked, John was incredibly responsive—his communication was fast, clear, and so helpful, which made the entire process stress-free. When we arrived, we were immediately struck by how beautiful and welcoming the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the space was spotless, peaceful, and full of warmth. One of the most touching parts of our stay was seeing Scripture placed throughout the home. As a family of believers, staying there while celebrating our son’s wedding made the weekend even more special. Being surrounded by God’s Word was such a comfort and blessing—it felt like a spiritual hug the whole time we were there. It created a calm and joyful environment that truly added to the joy of our celebration. The dining room, with all its windows and natural light, was absolutely breathtaking. Jen's place was clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked. It truly felt like our "home away from home". We stayed here when our daughter had twins and due to unexpected circumstances we needed to extend our stay...2 times. Jen's communication, response time to messages and her willingness to help is the best I have ever experienced on Airbnb. Our four days three nights stay at Paradise Cottage was a very special one. The hosts were very welcoming and stood behind what they had offer. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. As a complementary, there were very sweet straberries waiting for us on the kitchen counter and raw milk and brown eggs were also provided. She responded to our question’s without delay. We felt at home because there were utensils and products to use as needed. The main attractions were at a close distance as she had announced. It was a very unique and different experience for us. We are planning come back.

To our AirBnB hosts Carol & Pete: the BIRDHOUSE in Columbia, PA THANK YOU for your warm hospitality. The scones were delicious and the beautiful flowers left in our place of stay. Everything was nice, clean and we were provided with the comforts of home. From beginning to end. For allowing us to tour your other properties. The BUNTINGs were truly blessed. My husband, our two boys and I including our family Pomeranian mix loved our stay at the River House. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus, friendly neighbors! I will miss walking along the river and enjoying the scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Rented for a girls getaway weekend. Perfect! Walkable to town w fun shops and restaurants . And short drive to other beautiful destinations! Edwin and Traci have an amazing cottage and are great hosts! Will definitely plan a return trip!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods. The space was comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. One highlight was the kitchen. Honestly, I wish my kitchen at home was this nice! It was fully equipped with a fantastic induction stove, a great oven, and even a well-stocked spice cabinet. I really enjoyed cooking a few special meals there for my wife’s birthday. The cabin also has some delightful surprises. My son absolutely screamed with happiness when he discovered the secret room hidden behind the wardrobe — a magical touch that made the stay even more memorable for our family. The surroundings are just as charming: peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for unwinding. We’d love to come back. Highly recommend! Mike is a great host.

This was our 2nd stay and it’s always relaxing! Hubby and I just needed to catch our breath during the holidays and this was a perfect getaway to do that!

We enjoyed our time at John's place and were very comfortable. John was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating! We were able to cook meals and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing by the lake -- thank you John!

Our stay at Kayla’s place was amazing! The house is adorable, the location is perfect (very walkable), and it was easily one of the cleanest bnb’s we’ve stayed at. Very toddler friendly (aside from needing to put a few decor items out of reach) :) We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough good words about the place and the hosts. Candy Ann and Freddie were amazing hosts, super friendly, very responsive, and extremely kind. In fact, this might have been the warmest welcome experience we’ve had in all our time using Airbnb. The house itself is wonderful - decor is making you feel right at home, squeaky clean, comfortable, and located close to many fun attractions you can take your family to. And don’t even get me started on the pets, Angel, Lulu and Jojo, who made my kid beam when we saw them. Overall, amazing experience, would highly recommend for singles, couples, and small families looking to have a vacation in Lancaster.

Very well equipped house. Lovely outdoor deck. Conveniently located to 2 cycling trails that we came to the area to ride. Also, Tammy was quite responsive to our questions and needs.

This cozy home met all of our needs and more. The only thing we needed during our visit was more time to stay longer. We appreciated the all natural products and supplies. The surroundings were beautiful, and there was adequate outdoor seating to enjoy it! Meeting Aaron was a nice surprise, when he stopped by to check on us.

My sister and I booked Joni’s cottage to have a nice little weekend getaway. We were looking for something with beautiful views and a peaceful surrounding so that we could read books and disconnect from work and life for a few days. This was the perfect spot for all of that! Joni was a great host with alot of spot on recommendations.

We stayed 3 nights with our young grandchildren they enjoyed the pool area and the fire pit. (For the s’mores of-course) There was enough room for the 4 of us to sit and relax watch tv and play some games. The house is centrally located to the restaurants,entertainment,and sight and sound theater. had a great time away and would visit Ruth’s home again.
