The place was very nice , clean and tidy. Sheraz was good at communicating , helpful and accommodating. Would recommend if wanting a weekend or time in manchester as it is also relatively close to the city centre.

I had a very good stay at Victor & Linda's place. I was in town to attend a concert at Co-Op live and this is why I picked their place. It served my purpose very well as it was a walking distance from the venue, about 15 minutes. The room is perfect for a single traveler, very comfy bed and most importantly very clean. The bathroom is shared, I had no issues with accessing it and it is kept very clean as well. I appreciated the fact that the place is quiet and I was able to have a good night's sleep. Victor and Linda were friendly, but also respectful of my privacy which I appreciate a lot.

If you’re looking for quiet this is probably not the place for you, lots of children live nearby playing happily. Nice room, the mattress is very comfortable, bed is definitely squeaky though as mentioned by others. Having a fridge in the room is a brilliant addition, means you can keep drinks cool. It does get very hot in the room but Samantha has provided a little fan which was very much appreciated. Nice touch having a variety of phone chargers available too. As a cat lover the visits from your beautiful cat were welcomed! Probably will stay again next time I’m in Manchester
