Nakskov Overnatning is a charming, quirky little townhouse located in the center of Nakskov. There are 2 cozy living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and a slightly narrow staircase to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sunny garden with terrace. The house is a 5-minute walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is just nearby. There are 3 km to Hestehovedet, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming pier, mini golf, etc. Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Fehmarn Tunnel construction are worth visiting.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). The house is a 10-minute walk from the city center with shops and restaurants and close to Indrefjorden. The home is furnished with a bright and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bright kitchen with access to a closed and secluded courtyard, a guest toilet and an entrance with stairs to the 1st floor, which contains a nice bathroom with a shower and two adjoining rooms with a door in between. Street parking.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
