SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

I can also add an extra room and bathroom right next door. Our beautiful is close to the beach, spacious living and large entertainment area with great views. Home away from home . A place to seriously relax and (URL HIDDEN) place is good for couples and families (with kids). The swimming pool can be netted if needed and there is wheelchair access to all areas of the house. There is a solar powered inverter and back up water tanks on the property so load shedding is not a problem.

An expansive deck area overlooks lush greenery and the sparkling Indian Ocean. The open-plan kitchen and living space are visible through large glass doors, allowing natural light to fill the interior. White dining chairs are arranged on the deck, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
