In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed, 160 cm. There is an opportunity to light a fire in the small stove. Bed linens and towels are included and you make your bed yourself. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Self check-in via lockbox with code at the entrance door. The landlords live in the house next door. The person who books is the person who stays.

Family friendly house in the heart of Hälsingland. Close to ski resorts (15 km till Bollnäs and 60 km to Järvzö) 4 km to Bollnäs golfcourse and a short drive to several lakes and the river Ljusnan if you fancy a swim. The house is surounded by forest and fields and below the house you can find the Actktjära stream. Your host lives on the farm close by.

The whole group will have easy access to everything from this centrally-located accommodation by Lake Varpen. Here you can stay in summer and winter. The city center and grocery store are nearby.
