Comfortable, renovated, bright studio on first floor. Well located 20 minutes walk from station, city center, expo. Possibility of free parking within 5 minutes walking distance. Stores and some restaurants within walking distance. Double bed of 1.40 m. Sofa bed of the same size. Water heater with 50 liters of hot water (good for 2 5 min shower cycles).

The studio is walking distance from the centre. Everything matches the photos and the arrival was very easy. Clear instructions and explanations were given before arrival. During the stay, we received tips from eateries and, where possible, our 6-month-old son was taken into account. Nice communication during the stay.

A very enjoyable stay of 2 months. Good location with easy walking distance to a very nice bakery and great bar in the town. An open and spacious ground floor with good kitchen and dining area. Nice friendly neighbours, easy parking and good transport links. Jürgen was very responsive and always on hand to help.
