You are located 5 minutes by bike from the center, by car 5 minutes from the highway and trainstation. Groceries store 200 meters down the street. It's a perfectly calm location!

The toilet is in the hallway. In addition, there is a spacious living room with sofa, television (Chromecast), as well as table with chairs and all-inclusive kitchen (including coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave). You can enjoy on one of the 2 terraces. In short, ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stay.

Easily explore the region and return to our modern, equipped and comfortable apartment, suitable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This new apartment is an ideal base if you need to be in the Waregem, Deerlijk, Kortrijk region for business. Hikers will also find something to their liking here, as there are plenty of hiking trails in the close vicinity. Zilverlinde is located in a park where there are 4 residential pavilions. It is a green, car-free oasis of peace and privacy. The ground floor apartment has a terrace and garden (see photo below right). You can park in the corresponding carport.

Sofa-bed met dezelfde afmetingen. Boiler met 50 liter warm water (goed voor 2 douchebeurten van 5 minuten).

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

Gasthuis 2.0 is a building with 2 studios on as many floors. We live in the house next door. Are you looking for a place for 4 people? Then book both studios. (They are listed separately on Airbnb.) Having someone as a guest in our accommodations means that we make sure that they have a great time. All comforts are provided, and breakfast package or hot plate can be arranged on request.
