Wow. We moved to this Airbnb last minute after booking a terrible place. I was so grateful for the quick response and helpful communication that allowed me to book and check in on a super short turnaround. We arrived to the apartment and it was perfect - clean, nice linens, everything as expected. The building itself is gorgeous, super central to amazing restaurants and the heart of Tel Aviv - and even while you’re right on top of Nachlat Binyamin - the bedrooms are very quiet so my toddler was able to sleep great! We will absolutely be booking this place on a future visit - it was perfect for our stay.

Great apartment, clean, cozy, convenient check-in and check-out. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The apartment is located in close proximity to the beach. Walk in a short step of 5-7 minutes. Shops, coffee shops, restaurants are very nearby. All in all a very good apartment, which I recommend. There are small disadvantages that are not related to the apartment. A garbage machine arrives every morning. I woke up from the rumbling of the containers and then couldn't sleep. There is a problem with the outside of the upstairs air conditioner unit. If the unit is on, you will definitely not be able to sleep because it is defective and knocking. This usually happened during the day, because due to a malfunction of the unit for the night, they did not turn it on. In general, I recommend the apartment if you sleep in earplugs

A cozy apartment with an unbeatable location: a panoramic view to the Mediterranean with a beautiful beach literally across the street and many restaurants and shopping centers close by. Roni and Shimon were friendly and very responsive.

Ora's place is a very nice option for staying in Jerusalem. The view is fantastic, and of course the centeral location, with public transportation all across the city. The place is compact, but very well equipped, and also clean. And above all Ora is very attentive, and responds possitively and quickly to any question. I enjoyed my staying very much.

The balcony and the bedroom and salon to the garden is very Nice and peaceful on the week-ends.

It was a pleasure staying at Gil's place, we enjoyed the house and its uniqueness.. We will arrive again for sure

Amazing apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florence neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment has sunrises and sunsets, the beautiful Mediterranean is right in front of you, the sea view from every room is amazing!

This apartment is awesome! Clean, big and very beautiful. Jonathan is super nice, instructions for everything were so detailed!! The only case is that if you like to sleep with opened windows, it would be very loud. We had ear plugs, so it’s not a big issue for us. Thank you so much for your super accommodation!!!

This apartment is honestly underpriced for the comfort and convenience it offers. Quiet, spacious, and perfectly located, it’s a hidden gem in Jerusalem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. A wide and invested duplex apartment. Incredibly clean and tidy. A pastoral courtyard with greenery, a dining area and a comfortable swing for a maximum relaxation experience. We felt like in a luxury hotel. Quiet area with a selection of synagogues and lots of gardens for children. We enjoyed it so much that the kids are trying to get through to Sun House!

The caretakers went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- especially at the last minute when we arrived. Beautiful view!

We were very happy with our stay at the two apartments we booked. Before we arrived, we received very detailed information about check in, the parking, and everything we needed to know about the apartment. The place was clean and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes away from Ben Yehuda and the Shuk, and very close to buses and the train. The free parking space was a big plus, and the elevator from the garage took us almost directly up to the room. The view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a Shabbat elevator and a refrigerator with Shabbat mode. We were there over Pesach so we did not use any of the appliances, but there was a hot plate, hot water kettle, oven, cooktop and other kitchen necessities. Laundry detergent, dish soap and toilet paper were also provided, which was helpful. Any issues or questions were addressed very promptly and with friendliness and professionalism by the hosts.
