At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Walk to secluded Lobster Beach; near Killcare, MacMasters Beach & beside Bouddi National Park: a week's worth of bushwalks from the door. You’ll love the studio for its bush & bay setting, QUIET, birds & other wildlife, walk to Palm Beach ferry, estuary or ocean beaches, short drive to surf beaches & boating areas, sense of community, stylish simple building (2016): switch off completely. Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road.
