We had a great time! Great place to unplug and relax. Enjoyed the hot tub after afternoon hikes, several games of pool, lots of ping pong tournaments, and fishing from the kayaks. Our teenagers enjoyed the community amenities - girls had a ball at the beach while the boys enjoyed the basketball courts and pool. Not a lot of tourist attractions for teenagers in the immediate area which was perfect for our goals of unplugging and relaxing. The beds were so comfy and kitchen well stocked. Loved the welcoming bottle of wine! Thank you for hosting my family and pups! Perfect lake front home to escape for a long weekend or extended vacay! Devin was very responsive when we had questions!

We had a lovely stay at Cliff Cottage!! The cottage was beautifully decorated, modern and cottage chic style, with a wonderful kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare dinner while enjoying the beautiful view from all of the windows. The view from the wrap around balcony was absolutely breathtaking & the sound of the river super relaxing. The home was very cozy and the beds the comfiest, we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The hosts were proactive, responsive and very accommodating. Eric and I can’t wait to return! If you're looking to truly disconnect and soak in nature, this house in the woods is absolute perfection. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offered the peace and quiet we were craving. The home itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—with all the amenities we needed and little extras like board games, a fire pit. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the deck surrounded by trees was a daily highlight. Our host was communicative and kind, providing great local tips. This place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time on the lake at Nick’s house! House was huge and easily accommodated a big group plus had lots of activities, ping pong and pickleball nearby. The house was perfect for our weekend away and we’d definitely come back!

Very good location not too far from New York City. You feel like you are away from everything. But in the meantime, you have everything around you. My kids enjoy. What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. Great place to go and unwind, take a break from the city, very quiet and peaceful place, felt right at home so comfortable and clean my kids loved the lake and didn't wanted to leave. We just stayed here for a 4-day Girls' Trip and had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations, with everything we could have possibly needed. Adam's instructions were clear, check in was super easy, and he has been super quick to respond to any questions. The house and surroundings were clean, quiet, and peaceful. If you come in the warm months be sure to ask for the kayaks and paddle boards to be left out! We had a blast! The house was also close to lots of trails for hiking and great restaurants. Overall, a 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend!

Andreas’s home was very comfortable and felt very homey and quaint. We loved the set up of her couch and the large TV closer to the floor so you don’t have to constantly be looking up at the wall. Everything was perfect, I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful home with everything we needed and then some. Despite it being a last minute reservation, Margaret was very responsive and even helped me fix a mistake I made during booking. Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the place has a homey feel. Quiet location with a private feel and easy drive to nearby local attractions.
