It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. Thanks for hosting us Esther and Sam.

We were warmly welcomed and were able to go directly into the house. Riet lives right next door and was always available for questions. Everything was super clean and well appointed. The area was just fantastically beautiful. Plenty of space to stay indoors even in bad weather. We would come back.

What a lovely time we had in this lovely and quiet house. Fantastic rural surroundings and the house is in an apple orchard. The cottage has all the comforts and the wifi is excellent. We stayed here for 4 weeks due to a renovation. Marc and Maria are cozy, friendly, quiet and interested people. We had a regular chat and if there was anything they were ready right away. They also have a nice dog Bear who always greeted us enthusiastically but didn't bark. You are within walking distance of the cozy village of Schoonhoven with many bars and restaurants. Furthermore, you are easy by bus in both Rotterdam and Utrecht. In short, a great place to be a time.

Wonderful stay. I was welcomed and shown around openly and hospitably. The spacious is, as also described, small but nice. It is very cozy, privacy in the cottage and piece to sit outside. Fully equipped, cookware, basic necessities for both kitchen and bathroom. Everything is nice and clean. For breakfast I received 2 delicious fresh eggs from the chickens that roam around. All in all, well cared for, neat and nice.

We had a lovely long weekend at Piet and Thea's B&B. Upon arrival we received a friendly welcome with a cup of coffee. During the stay, Piet and Thea are very welcoming. For my girlfriend's birthday, there were some treats in the fridge. The apartment is fully equipped. You can sit in the garden and we were lucky that the weather was nice and we could use the swimming pool. Piet and Thea served a delicious breakfast in the morning and were happy to help us with what we could do in the area. In short, definitely recommended and we'd love to come back!

We had a great week with Frank, two of us with a dog. The house is great and everything is in impeccable condition. Everything was nice and clean and everything you need is there. The area is super quiet. You can take great walks directly from the garden. Frank always responded immediately to questions and answered everything super nicely. We lacked nothing!
