A nice cozy house, exactly as pictured, located at the end of a very quiet road. Host is quick to respond to questions. Beds are comfortable. Only negative was no dishwasher. Doesn’t affect my rating as it was my fault for not reading the listing carefully. Just an FYI for future guests. We were there for birth of grandbaby and with intention of making a bunch of freezer meals for them. Unfortunately, that meant I was washing a lot of dishes.

The views were beautiful. The beds especially the master bedroom mattress was very comfortable! Kim was very quick to respond and took care of any issues we had quickly! My teenagers really enjoyed themselves fishing and hanging out in the game room!

Great place great host will definitely be back

Great place to stay. It does need a few minor repairs but none that affect your quality of life or vacation. It is a really nice home, with tons of room and I will probably book it again in the future. The house is in the back of a quiet neighborhood with a few neighbors but the neighbors never acknowledged we were there and they didn’t seem to be bothered living next to a rental. I have stayed in some neighborhoods in Pickwick where the neighborhood just wants to make your life hard. This one wasn’t like that.

We only stayed one night, but we will be back again. We saw deer and turkeys on our drive in. The property is gorgeous. It is definitely a little getaway. Very peaceful, quiet, and private.

Our stay was excellent, had a great time on the water having easy access. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We willl definitely be back!

Me and my husband along with two of our friends stayed for the weekend, the pool is so nice to have after being on the river all day. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

We stayed in Villa 7. Amazing view of Pickwick. Had all the amenities and when ran out of propane a new tank was there within 30 mins. Great decor and convenient location.

We will definitely be back! The Villa was beautiful & the balcony view’s stunning to say the least. Added perk was i comfort mattresses in bedrooms down stairs, just like ours at home.Cassandra was a great communicator & a joy to meet. We enjoyed our stay & our dog was allowed to stay with us was icing on the cake.Highly recommend it to anyone needing a break from reality. 5stars!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place is as described in the listing and the host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Ms. Beverly was extremely wonderful! She was super helpful and even worked with us on a date change and last minute check in due to our hotel being over booked! It was a super peaceful trip, and if I’m ever back in Counce, I’ve got her number saved!

Very nice place. We were down for a semi-annual fishing trip, and the neighbors came over and visited with us every evening and gave us information on where they had been catching fish. Quiet neighborhood and boat ramp a few doors down was a bonus. The neighbors were very friendly and definitely added to the experience. Weather was great and the view is excellent!

This is the second time we stayed here. It’s so peaceful looking at the lake and it’s so quiet. Perfect place to stay.

We enjoyed our family getaway for Christmas at Shady Days. Beverly was efficient with communication and check in and out was super easy! The property was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. A Christmas tree was in the living area that helped set the mood for our stay in addition to Christmas placemats on the table. Such a nice extra touch!!! The area is quiet and the neighbors were always friendly ,with a wave, when we walked. We felt safe and comfortable and we left renewed with energy for the new year. We definitely would stay again on this property.

The house was great! There was plenty of room to park 2 trucks and boats. The house is close to both Yellow Creek boat launch and the State Park boat launch. Plenty of restaurants close and a grocery store is very close. Brandon was very helpful and communication was excellent. With many bass tournaments that come to Pickwick, this place is perfect. It is private and safe for your boat and equipment. I can't wait to visit again! Thanks again Brandon.

The cabin was clean and as described. Check in process was a breeze. The back porch was a major plus! Has great views into a drop off in the woods. Spotted a family of deer walking through one afternoon. Very relaxing area! Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay again!
