Adorable place in Point Loma - no cleaning fee!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The place is recently renovated with brand new appliances, countertops, and kitchen cabinets. The space is light and airy with private entrance and small fenced in side yard perfect for pets. Bedroom has a queen sized bed and futon. Living room couch is a pull out sleeper. There is a queen sized air mattress and pack n play as well. **Must be comfortable with stairs, there are two sets of stairs when accessing unit

Stay in the cozy studio, tucked behind my main house. The studio has queen bed with memory foam on the mezzanine level. The ground floor is a living room with fold up desk, a garden view, small fridge and microwave, two single chairs. Next to studio is private bathroom, open air shower and sink area. Outside relax in the shaded garden area just for guests. Please respect the no smoking on the grounds. You can borrow a push bike with lock and helmet.

Excellent accommodation, less than ten minutes from a street full of restaurants and small places. The house is beautiful, very clean and with very nice views of the city. Jon is a very friendly and helpful person, always attentive to us.

I loved my room and felt very cozy in Lauren’s home. It was my first time staying in a room versus a fully separate space and I’m really pleased that I still felt like I had privacy. Great location! I got used to the planes pretty quickly.

Evelyn was truly amazing and accommodating! I was having a terrible travel day and she went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and sound at her place. Will definitely be back once back in San Diego. Also, location was awesome for anyone who wants to be central to attractions and activities.

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I loved all the amenities and thoughtful touches in the room – it had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to book again in the future. A definite five-star experience!

A very kind and thoughtful host. The kitchen and bathroom are kept spotlessly clean. Everything is well-maintained, and the area is quiet and pleasant.

when you stay right on the beach and you get to walk right outside your place and on the beach it's perfect. It's a small room but it has a bathroom attached and it's perfect for one or two travelers that just want to spend time on the beach. I've stayed here three times and it's always perfect. there's a refrigerator and utensils if you need it, a couple of wine glasses. no coffee but if you go to Newbreak coffee/tea house they have absolutely fabulous coffee and brunch!
