The place was very comfortable, I enjoyed the facilities and felt quite safe and peaceful. Stayed for a friend's wedding and it was quite central and easy to find. Rosemarie communicated and checked in daily. Charmaine who was there to assist with all my needs went above and beyond, ensuring my mornings were met with a nice cup of coffee and even aided me with getting ready. The place was spotless and Char even resprayed the rooms in the evening to ensure any stray mosquitos were dealt with. All the amenities listed were present except a kettle but I didn't need it as pots and pans were made available and I had brought pre-seasoned meals to prepare. I would definitely recommend a week at this lovely space. I hope to visit again soon.

Phenomenal stay. I really highly recommend it. If you're looking for a resort - go to a resort. If you're looking for a cool stay in a neighborhood where people actually live, definitely stay here. Just down the road from grocery stores and great restaurants, an ice cream shop, a fantastic beach (half moon). And the host was awesome. Super communicative. I had an issue with the stove and they were right over to make it work, not to mention offering great local tips and generally looking out for guests. Amazing time!

This Airbnb was perfect! Spotlessly clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

You get what you pay for. Great for a one night stop if you’ve just arrive in or are leaving to go to the airport. Host communicates well and gives clear instructions

My husband and family stayed for Christmas & New Year and we were very pleased. Anthony was very responsive to my inquiries as well as his Property Manager Melissa. We felt right at home. The location was walking distance to the beach across the street. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted for our vacay. House was clean and due to our length stay we even got a cleaning and new linens and towels during our stay. We wanted for nothing. Anthony welcome gifts was very thoughtful. For 4 people the house was just right. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Our stay at Nathaly’s was serene. Our first night was an adjustment due to a variety of factors, but by the next morning we realized that the few imperfections that we encountered could never overshadow the surroundings. The accommodations were spacious for our family of 3 and everything that we needed was within reach. The resort, beach and pool were fantastic…..something very special and very different from 7 mile beach. The best of both worlds for sure. I would return in a heartbeat. Nathaly was so helpful throughout the process and stay.

We had the best experience staying at seaside gem! My two sons 18 and 12 will not stop talking about the excursions we did with Bengy! He took us to a beautiful waterfall that no one knows about! A true gem! We relaxed by the waterfall and swam in the sinkholes! He also look us to fort Charlotte and thoughts us about the history there! We didn’t feel rushed. Bengy is the kindest and funniest man in Jamaica!! Always available to attend to whatever we needed. I want to also mention we had a chef Suzette! We had her cook for us 4 of the days we were there. AMAZING!!! She makes the best food! It feeds your soul! We had the curry chicken, oxtail and for breakfast we had ackee and salt fish! The ackee was picked from the tree right outside the house! Talk about fresh!!! She also joined us with to go shopping because we didn’t know our way around it was our first time!! I felt like I was their family member! Thank you so much for making our experience so authentic! We had a blast!! Thank you!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía!! Al principio no fue fácil llegar pero siempre nos respondieron con mucha rapidez y claridad. Si bien es un sector un poco alejado de la zona más turística, es un barrio muy tranquilo en Green Island, a unos 20 minutos de la Seven Mile Beach de Negril. Fuimos dos familias con niños, pudimos estacionar los dos autos y quedamos muy cómodos. La casa tiene 2 cocinas muy bien equipadas, suficientes baños que funcionan muy bien, y una terraza con una piscina muy atractiva para que jueguen los niños, con un barbeque para hacer asados. 100% recomendable y esperamos volver!

Let me start off by saying Melisa was outstanding!! However I booked a trip for Jamaica on May 12th and when I arrived to the airport on March 12th they told me that they were able to change my flight but was unable to change my all exclusive. I myself and my husband took a chance knowing that we did not have a place to stay. As soon as I arrived at the airport I started immediately looking for an all exclusive but was unable to find anything after hours of waiting.I then decided to call a good friend of mines who recommended Mellisa Airbnb. As soon as I spoke to Melissa she stated to give her 20minutes and she will pick me and my husband’s up from the airport. Melissa then took us to her Airbnb which was very nice and clean she also recommended restaurants, events and clubs that was around the area. If it wasn’t for Mellisa I would not had a place to stay. If you are planning your vacation I highly recommend this Airbnb you want regret it a memory that last forever!!

The place was great with amazing atmosphere that makes you feel right lat home. If you’re a person that loves a private and a quiet space then this is the place for you.

This is such a wonderful place to stay - would recommend to anyone visiting Montego Bay. Rohan’s place is lovely, it’s so clean and he’s taken really great care over small touches like make up towels, toothbrushes, beach towels etc. It’s really great location as well; you can walk to hip strip in 2 minutes and there are markets, supermarkets and amazing beaches and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walking. we had a brilliant time amazing veiw we watched the turtles every morning was great restaurants on site pizza jerk chicken a chicken place all sorts you can get security on site supermarket on site and a bar. the gentleman man what showed us round the property was a lovely friendly man told us everything we needed to no. brilliant host kept us up to date with everything responded quickly great stay

3rd time and I can say that Lethe Estate hasn’t loss its charm. Matthew (Airbnb Host) thank you for accommodating my friends and I, your hospitality knows no bounds. We appreciate effort you put out in ensuring that we are as comfortable as possible. It’s homie with a spectacular view of the river. It still remains my little chateau in the countryside. Already my friends are asking when are we returning.

this is a wonderful place to stay. beautiful, private beach, extra amenities, great kitchen wares which you typically don't see in other places. the host answers any questions right away. we highly recommend!!!

We felt at ease staying here for the past week.When met with concerns, communication was easy and polite; in person and through message. It was such an important trip to us and we got just the experience we came for thanks to the many recommendations our Hostess Lisa gave us especially our driver who took our experience to another level(tremane) . Once you find a home away from home it makes it easier to go again in which case we will def be back in the near future‼️thanks again

I had a great time staying here. Shadine and Jermaine are awesome hosts, and great to talk to. Really nice place with plenty of shade from many Mango trees on the premises. The hosts were full of local recommendations and advice, I was able to do everything I needed in my first few days in Jamaica preparing for my onward travels. I am likely to book again next time I am in the area

I booked this stay for a birthday trip and I was a little anxious at first because like most trips, very few made it out the group chat. Mr. Garvin, aka Uncle Garvin, and Ms. Donna were super sweet and so accommodating. I ended up having a wonderful time thanks to them and their amazing hosting skills. Having a massage after getting off the plane was the sure start to a great time. Be sure to book another before you leave! I’d 100% stay here again and have recommended booking this listing to several people already. Now don’t expect hotel sleek finishing but it’s comfortable, cute, cozy, and most of all, clean. It’s a perfect setting for peaceful starts to your day and their recommendations were absolutely on point every time. It is an extra fee of course for excursions and traveling to and from but none of it was unreasonable. Actually, reserving excursions with them was cheaper than through air bnb and paying for a taxi to these places. Book with them and enjoy your time!
