Lovely 1 bedroom suite in historical house

Located just outside historic downtown Coxsackie, this newly renovated suite in a 220 year old Greek Revival house is within easy walking distance to tiny downtown Coxsackie and its restaurants and shops. 25 minutes to Hudson, 45 min-1 hour to the Catskill Mountains. I live above and next door with my dog George. It’s an old house, with all attendant creaks and charms.

We had a lovely stay at Eman's home! A beautiful peaceful Catskills retreat surrounded by nature. The home was better than the photos! Eman made us feel right at home and was so helpful. Great hospitality, she left some snacks and the kitchen was very clean and fully equipped. One of the nicest Airbnb's I have stayed in. Felt like the way it used to be back when Airbnb first started and people welcomed you as a guest, not the way it has evolved into just a business. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Fil & Ellie’s place was the perfect stay for our getaway. Their home is amazing. We were very impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness and attention to detail. This place has everything you’ll need for a great stay. The hosts were also very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with check-in. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Majestic lake front house

We had a great time at Francois & Ann's oasis by the lake. It was so relaxing to wake up, look at the lake, and listen to birds chirp. If you are looking for isolation, this place does the trick, We didn't see anyone all week on the lake or at the other cabins until the day we left. The lake has excellent fishing. With little effort, we caught several decent-sized bass and pickerel right off the dock. The location is ideal. You feel like you are out in the country, but are close to great restaurants in Kinderhook and only 25 minutes from Hudson or Albany. It's also only an hour from Mass Moca and 90 minutes to Cooperstown. Francois and Ann were very communicative and quickly responded to questions and comments.

Eric and Kelly have created a wonderful Airbnb experience for folks looking to explore the Hudson/Greater Catskills area, or just simply reconnect with friends for a long weekend. There were four of us, and it didn’t feel crammed at all. The space was actually bigger/roomier than anticipated. Amenities were aplenty, including any kitchen appliance or utensil you could need (we cooked all the nights we were there), a well-maintained hot tub, large yard, and more. The home was cutely decorated and felt like a vacation destination. There were also plenty of businesses nearby (not walking distance, but easily accessible by car). They even provided a booklet of ideas and recommendations for hiking, exploring, and dining! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!! :) Thanks Eric and Kelly 😊

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, wishing we booked for longer. From the second we walked through the door we were super relaxed. The whole house is decorated for a very cozy feel and the house was super clean. We did not leave once we got there until check-out and never felt bored or like we needed to get out of the house. This house has everything you need to cook, relax there is also plenty of things to do. We loved the air hockey table and I spent most of my time in the hot tub which is right next to the river. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed!
