Jameln is centrally located in Wendland. Our house (108 square meters) used to be the laboratory house of the old dairy. It combines an old facade with modern coziness. Here you can relax and escape everyday life. Kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating, living room with fireplace. After a visit to the Elbtalaue, Dannenberg, Hitzacker or Lüchow, you can stop in at the local restaurant in the "Altes Haus" in Jameln or end the evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Nature house by the lake in the Lüneburg Heath

The cottage right on the lake offers relaxation for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a sitting area, the bathroom with shower & toilet, and the living area with a large dining table and sofa set. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located upstairs. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or barbecue. Highlights: Air-to-air heat pump for heating and cooling, PV system, gas grill, Wallbox and garage with automatic roller door.

Studio with private entrance

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in a separate "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. For your dog, I would like a one-time fee of five euros.

Accommodation Querenhorst am Feld

Querenhorst is a nice place located between Helmstedt and Wolfsburg. The A2 highway is about 5 minutes by car. In our village there is a gas station where you can get fresh rolls in the morning. Our accommodation is nicely equipped with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. There are toys for the little ones so that they can occupy themselves after a long drive. The basic equipment is available. You have your own apartment on the upper floor with us in the house.

Our charming holiday home is perfect for groups who want to enjoy time together in a relaxed atmosphere. The spacious living and dining room offers an inviting ambience thanks to direct access to the terrace. The house extends over two floors, which ensures privacy. Bispingen offers many leisure activities such as the ski hall, the go-kart track and cycling and hiking trails through the Lüneburg Heath. Heide Park Soltau is only a 20-minute drive away.

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age because there is an open well and small pond on the property.
