Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Cozy living room with fireplace, TV, Chromecast and fiber. Welcome to this cosy apartment of about 75 sqm with open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a master's residence and a leisure home when the school was in use. The schoolhouse also houses art studios and salsa libraries. On the upper floor there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own private entrance and toilet, but a shower is shared with another tenant.

Old brewhouse converted into a convenient practical home for 2 people. South facing patio with fantastic views and barbecues. 9000 sq. ft. fenced plot. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarns long beaches, shops and restaurant life. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Shower with floor heating, hot water for 2p (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The stove in the picture must not be used.

Otherwise, clean up on your own.

Our second house on Gotland is our sanctuary to get back to nature and live the simple life - just next to Danbo nature reserve. It's a modern house that is comfortably furnished in a nordic style and includes under floor heating, and a large patio with BBQ for the summer. It is a truly special location, with our favourite secluded sandy beach (Danbo) just 10 mins walk down gravel track to reach from house. There are coastal paths right around the coast in Katthammarsvik.
