Matthew’s home was beautiful and comfortable. As a group of 8 we were a little worried about space. But this spot was perfect!! Walkable distance to the beach in a quiet area. And we had plenty of room both inside and out.

If you're looking for a thoughtful host, a well-run place and a cozy stay, Abel's place is the place to go! The house is so beautiful, well taken care of and fully equipped. Abel is so friendly, a reliable host and quick to respond if you ever have any questions regarding the house. My stay here was above my expectations. Abel is absolutely an amazing host, and I had a great time at this place! It was perfect and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely go back to this place again, and I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was easy and they left the lights on for us, so it was easy to find in the dark! We were looking for a place to stay near the Surry Seafood Marina and this was very convenient. The fenced in back yard was so great to have for our dogs! They loved all of the different terrains within the fence. The refrigerator and freezer are a nice size to bring your own food and make your own meals. And there is a Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Family Dollar right around the corner if you forget anything. We will be renting this place, again!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

My husband and I came to Brigette’s place to spend time with both sets of our aging parents and our toddler. It was absolutely perfect for us! The house was spacious and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a crib, tiny table, and toys so that even my two-year old felt right at home. The walk to the beach was a small distance but was well-worth having a nearly private beach. I couldn’t imagine such a gorgeous location being as empty as the photos showed, but it’s accurate! Very happy - would definitely recommend :)

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. We could hear the ocean from the master suite. The upstairs deck had view of the water. Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was nice and was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back and stay longer next year. Thank you!!!

Our stay was amazing and the house fit our needs perfectly. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the location of the house is nice and quiet and away from the crowds and traffic! It's also a quick drive to the convention center and many restaurants and shops. It was also nice not having to pack so much extra beach stuff to bring along (chairs, wagon, etc) because they had it all available to use. My kids loved the pool, playing Jenga on the porch and corn hole outside. My husband and older son took the bikes out for a spin too. We had a few questions before and during the stay and Bradley was very responsive and helpful every time. We will definitely stay here again if we head back to Virginia Beach next year! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

We had a great vacation! It was a beautiful location that was peaceful and restful. The house was exactly like the pictures and description. We liked having all the games for our family time.

Nate was very responsive from booking , all the way through our stay. He was very flexible due to our circumstances and juggling vacation with 2 young children and 2 labradors. I would recommend this home to anyone with a family or pets as it offers the interior space that cape Charles historic homes lack while maintaining the same proximity to the town’s attractions.

Nancy was super kind and friendly during our stay! She gave a great seafood restaurant recommendation that was both delicious, affordable, and right down the road. The cottage is quaint and a charming place to stay for a young couple. We had plenty of space, and the cottage was accurately represented by the photos available. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

This is my 2nd stay in Krystal’s Air BNB. This was the place I knew where I feel safe and comfortable at. The location is close great restaurants and shopping locations. The neighborhood is very quiet. Krystal is responsive, friendly, and respectful. When I do visit VA again I’ll probably be at this particular Air BNB!

We had a great family visit at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and whole house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to just hang all day by the pool or top for a sanctuary from a long day of events. Sabrina was very attentive and responsive with questions and situations, appreciate her flexibility as a host!

This place was the most charming airbnb I have ever stayed in. Badria and Jay made every detail of our stay perfect with all of their extra touches, including saltwater taffy and a box of croissants, slippers and a lavender mask, and a fully stocked coffee station with syrups. We instantly felt at home and in vacation mode at their place and literally laid out on the dock the entire time. A perfect spot for kayaking, laying out in the sun, and I even brought out my mat and did some yoga on the dock. The views were unreal. The couch was so comfortable I accidentally fell asleep there the whole night and woke up to the gorgeous window views. Amazing hosts and location!

This was my second time staying at Colleen and Carole's home and it was just as nice (maybe even more so) as the first. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The house and fenced in back yard were just perfect for my and my dogs' needs. I got to know the hosts more during this stay and they are so kind and were quick to respond to any question I had. They were also very willing to work with me on my check-in and check-out time, which was greatly appreciated. They had nice touches throughout the home that made my month-long stay very comfortable, including a lovely welcome gift. The kitchen was appointed and the hammock and patio furniture made lounging in the back yard something I did most evenings. There was also plenty of storage space for all my things. If given the opportunity, I'd stay here again and again!!

My friends and I had a great ladies weekend and would come back. Home was clean and organized. Having the beach close by was lovely! The location was perfect. Neighbors were quiet (except the dog next door but we didn't stay out back much). Thanks for having TVs in all the rooms! Maybe consider a small table on the front porch; some brochures about the goings ons...ie Farmer's Market and recommendations for restaurants. Nikki is a great host and we can't wait to come back. thank you

Listen, this house is the house you want to stay at instead of a hotel lol me & my 2 year old stayed here & it just felt like home. The house looks exactly like the pictures, and don’t get me started on the bed, I slept like a baby, it was like being on a cloud, I kid you not lol. Jamey was so nice & answered and responded quickly. it’s a quiet neighborhood, everything is close far as food & shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

House was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with amazing backyard for our fur babies! Our family felt right at home in Daniel's fully stocked home. Slept wonderfully in the beds and plenty of linens provided. I recommend 10 out of 10 and would stay again in the future!

Hi. Our host was responsive and easy to deal with. The location of neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed the quietness. The place was just as described and spacious enough for my hubby and two older kids. My son came back home from deployment and this was his first time sleeping in a comfy bed after 8 long working months. The mattresses were so comfy which we were very pleased with. Thank you for making our short stay comfortable.

The weekend stay here was perfectly suited to my needs and functioned as a near perfect home away from home. Tony was always responsive and communicated instructions clearly and concisely throughout the duration of my stay. The unit is in a public apartment complex, but the addition of a fenced in front area leading to the front door (featuring a nice touch with the turf yard) made it feel private and secure. Lastly, checkout was a simple and easy process, and Tony is very accommodating of any last minute concerns. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great place for our family to stay for my nephews high school graduation. Plenty of space to visit and also plenty of space for alone time as well
