Enjoy the great view of Hampton Beach through the sliding glass door in the front living room or the large deck just outside. Bedroom with a king size bed sleeps 2. Traveling with kids? Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. One Bed One Bath with Kitchenette. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Drive way is used for unloading. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.
