A really nice cozy room that's affordable and is just a great deal for a place to rest at night. the location is beautiful, and more importantly, quiet. would definitely comeback.

Lovely stay and such a beautiful historic home. The morning breakfast was amazing. My husband usually skips breakfast but even he ate half and loved it. Sarah was responsive and very helpful, everything is clear in the provided instructions and binder. I will definitely stay again when I’m in town.

Joel is an excellent host, very responsive. The place was clean and exactly as described. Of note, there is one other room with which the shared spaces (e.g. bathroom) are shared. Parking on the street was easy.

I never rented an Airbnb ever. Barbara made it feel like right at home. Carlos and Barbara gave me a feeling of an aunt and uncle catching up on old times. The place was very clean and organized, instructions were informative and easy to read/follow. Sharing the common area like the kitchen was nice just to talk to other guests staying. If I’m back up this way I will definitely book here again. Plus agawam was beautiful. This Airbnb was well priced and affordable for my limited budget on this trip. Thanks Barb and Carlos yall are awesome! The cats were amazing too and super friendly, give tigger and pounce a big hug for me.

Private King Suite in Iconic Valentine Mansion

It was such a treat to rest and relax in this beautiful historic mansion. The Maple room was the perfect getaway for a mini-vacation between legs of a road trip to see my nephews. The bedroom, private bathroom, and balcony were spotlessly clean and peaceful spaces in which to rejuvenate. Originally, I was going to leave quite early in the morning, but after arriving at 10:30pm after work, I decided to take me time in the morning and enjoy tea in the silver sunroom and marvel at the hand-carved fireplace and sit outside on the balcony. What a special place. It would be fun to stay longer next time and visit Springfield. (I have explored it before and there are good restaurants and fun things to do.) Thank you, Katherine, for sharing the joy and wonder this space brings.
