The Appartment is very nice and tidy. It was easy to find thanks to the hosts given Informations. I just can recommand it.

We were really lucky to find Helen’s place at such short notice. It is normally very busy. Helen responded to our very late booking and managed to get it all ready for us in a very short time. The house itself is a really great use of space. Especially liked the great cooker (range size) after travelling and cooking in our Campervan. A great stay: Helen was responsive and helpful above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending.

We received a very warm welcome from Gordon and Heather as we visited their Hillside Studio for the second time. The accomodation looks and feels brand new, it’s attractive and spotless, providing everything we needed for a comfortable eleven day stay in Shetland. The studio is ideally situated for access all over Shetland, a great central base for exploring what the island has to offer. It is peacefully situated on a Hillside community of similar properties, with fantastic views and only five minutes from all the facilities of Lerwick. Notwithstanding the new feel that the studio already exudes, Gordon strives to make improvements which will benefit future guests. It’s a great place to stay and we plan to book again for a future holiday!

From the point of booking to leaving this was the most perfect stay. Great communication from Doreen and on arrival she came over to say hello to make sure everything was okay. We enjoyed further conversations and both Doreen and Trevor were super friendly and gave great suggestions/ recommendations. The place itself was superb- furnished really nicely and the kitchen especially was very well supplied (though finding the fridge was fun!). It was super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will most certainly stay there again if I’m very back in the Shetlands which I hope to be (though with all these great reviews it may now be all fully booked for forever!!)
