We do not have cable TV, however we have a DVD player with a dresser full of DVD movies! Take a walk. Bring your mountain bikes and hit the state land trails. Sit on the 3 season porch and watch the birds, or read. Eat out on the back patio. We are 20 minutes from Pinehurst, 25 from Rockingham. 5 minutes from interstate 73. If you happen to need a place to stay in Laurinburg, this is the place to stay! I stayed for work related purposes. In terms of the town there is not much at all and I wouldn’t suggest going out at night but her place felt very safe and comfortable! Super clean and beautiful.

Cool, older house with everything we needed for a quick overnight stay while traveling through the area. It is evident that a lot of work has been done on the house and that it is still a work in progress. Kitchen is very nice. The clawfoot tub/shower combo was fine but a bit awkward to use the shower as there is nowhere to set soap/shampoo, etc.. All in all it was a fine stay. I enjoy unique properties and this one was pretty cool.

We loved our adventure in the Sandhills. We saw lots of different birds, a few bunnies, and even an otter down the road. Pickett was really helpful and made sure we found the place and got settled. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot!
