This unique space features an open-plan kitchen and lounge area that flows out to a beautiful north-facing garden, an outdoor patio and the bedroom, which makes it tranquil and a quiet space which is perfect for relaxing and sleeping. It's located just a short walk or bike ride from South Beach and the vibrant bars and cafes of South Fremantle. Fremantle is only a 10 min drive away.

Peaceful, self contained unit

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is down a slightly sloped parking area and through a gate. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

Cosy studio by Manning park bushlands

Beautifully appointed fully self-contained, air conditioned studio apartment with full kitchen and washing machine, close to bush, parklands and a cycle ride from the beach. It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)
