The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Located directly at the foot of the Ith, the attic apartment... the rooms are bright and cozy... almost every room is equipped with TV... the location is ideal for climbers, motorcyclists and hikers... the train station is a 10-minute walk... the train goes to Hameln (Rattenfängerstadt) and also to Hanover and Hildesheim... also to Lindenbrunn it is only 5-8 minutes on foot...

The apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished with new furniture. Due to the convenient transport connections, the state capital Hanover can be reached in about 20 minutes.
