A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Keep your boats out of the elements in the huge covered boathouse (27' & 25') or on the 60 foot seawall (with electricity and water!). Park your trucks and trailers on site! Located just around the corner from Lake St. Clair Metro Park. Light a fire and relax in the BRAND NEW hot tub or dual rainfall shower after a long day of fishing!
