The property has a favorable location because it is located between the two largest cities of Albania, Tirana and Durrës, about 30 min. The distance to Tirana Airport is 35 min. The distance from the beach and Vala Mare is 8 min by walk. In a short distance you can find several markets, bars, restaurants, barber and car wash, tobacco,24/7,tooling store.
