Cozy detached house with good transport connections. Oulunkylä train station is a short walk away, and from there you can quickly reach, for example, the city center or the airport. There is a carport and an electric car charging station in the yard. There are more parking spaces along the street. Cooking is possible in a spacious and modern kitchen and you can spend the evening in a cozy living room. At the end of the day, you can relax in the sauna, which has access to a cozy glazed terrace. The property has an air heat pump.
