Selve huset indeholder køkken al-rum, badeværelse og soveværelse og dertil et stort anneks. Der er sovesofa i hovedhuset. Haven har både trampolin, bærbuske, sandkasse, drivhus, bålfad og masser af hyggelige kroge. Der er ca. en km til både stranden (meget børnevenlig), skoven og den lokale brugs. Kulhuse er meget nede på jorden.
