Outside, there is a covered wooden deck and a tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property, there is a playhouse for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

From the door, you can hear and smell the sea, and by the beach, you can enjoy the evening sun. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 2nd floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis, a paddle tennis court, and surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets are not allowed.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.
