The space solution is functional and the apartment can easily accommodate 9 people and allows for dining both indoors and outdoors. The cottage has a good equipment level.

The financial building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping oasis with a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transit. A skating rink on Vesankajärvi in winter and a sled track. Frisbeerata Vesalan monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

The villa has modern comforts: good quality drinking water, A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe and a rowing boat with an electric motor. Mökki soveltuu hyvin arjen irtiottoon ja jopa vähän extreemempää kokemusta haluavalle sillä mökillä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelijärjestelmä on käytössä, jolla toimii valot ja esimerkiksi puhelimen lataus. Puusauna sekä laituri tikkailla. Veden syvyys laiturin päästä n. 2 metriä. Grilli sekä kaasulla toimiva jääkaappi ja uuni.
