The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stop outside My University on the way. Stay in the heart of nature in Nor on Ammerön. We rent out our "little house" (about 100 sqm) on the property. There is sleeping space for 7 people, 6 single beds, and you can choose to have 2 of them as a double bed. There is also a sofa bed. Simple kitchen. Lovely extension with a corner sofa, fireplace, and TV, access to the patio. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the upper floor, there is another corner sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds and a double bed or 2 single beds. Proximity to Lake Revsund and the possibility to moor a boat.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
