It is located on the second floor of a building from the period of rapid industrial growth and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, whereby the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room should be noted. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.

The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.
