Here you get to experience the rural tranquility with nature as the nearest neighbor. The barn is tastefully renovated with preserved charm, fireplace for cozy evenings and a covered terrace where you can enjoy the silence. On the property, there are also chickens in a barn, which are taken care of by neighbors. The dwelling house is unoccupied and the other buildings are not accessible to guests. Ideal if you are looking for proximity to nature.

Newly-built apartment in part of barn with all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Corner sofa and TV. Two bedrooms, one with continental bed and one with family bed with room for up to three people. Access to a travel bed is also available. The apartment is located on the same lot as our villa but is fully protected as only the entrance door is towards the house. Barbecue grill and outdoor furniture are available! 5 km to swimming and city.

Unique pig house outside Borås

Fifteen minutes outside Borås in Fritsla is this brick building which was a pig house 100 years ago. Here you enjoy nature and Häggån which runs 10 m from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential houses a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa part with fireplace. Look out over the ocean or sheep pasture as you eat your breakfast, or sit outside under in our park setting with about 300 year old oaks. Kungsgården is located in a historic place, where once 300 donuts lived. The residence is located in a former grain magazine that is now converted into apartments. It is about 15 minutes to Varberg by car 7 minutes to a cozy natural beach.

A silent and beautiful place in south of Sweden. We have restored the barn gently in a Swedish/Danish countrystile. Cows and sometimes horses around the house as well as wildlife like Moose, wild boar, deers, cranes etc. A lot to visit for both children and adults, we have made a guide for inspiration. Nice places for walks, coffee, tea and dinner. Perfect for nature lovers and families who want to have real family time. No wifi but a lot to do inside and outside.
