Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place, just 10 minutes from downtown Victoria. A studio layout includes a full-size (double) bed, kitchen with all the basics you need for home cooking, small table, and a bathroom with shower. This suite is small (~200 ft2) and quaint, but a very quiet detached unit. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the patio next to a small backyard, or stay inside and bask under the skylights that face south and fill the suite with natural light.

My name is Julie and I’m excited for you to stay in our lovely, spacious, private & secure “studio”, centrally located in Victoria. It’s your “comfort” home away from home❣️ Close to transit, UVic, Camosun College, Cedarhill Golf Course, shopping malls, restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive to Jubilee hospital. Easy self-check-in (code entry). A very comfortable double sofa bed that easily closes for more space during the day and a single chair bed if needed. Kitchenette only: no range.
