In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. A warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Around 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake.
