Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. Please note: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop right nearby. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. A clean, renovated and cozy one-bedroom apartment in a cozy area in Kaleva, next to a tram stop. Nokia arena, Tampere Hall and Tammela Stadium nearby. The bedroom has a double bed (180cm) for two and the living room can sleep two people on the sofa and mattress. Free parking by the road on weekends. On an everyday basis, you'll get a parking permit, which is also free. Check-in and check-out times are usually flexible. Welcome and have a great visit, we hope you enjoy your stay!

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

Lake log suite

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? A log cabin with a great single-family house. You can also swim in the winter, rent a wood-burning sauna, a kayak (2pcs), a sup board (2pcs), and a rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. 2 km to ski trails. 1 km to train station, including to Tampere (12min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 5 km.

The apartment is located in the center of Pirkkala and has been completed in 2022. - Shops and restaurants 50 m - Tampere city center 10 km, by bus 25 min - Tampere Exhibition Centre 5 km, by bus 10 min - Tampere-Pirkkala Airport 7 km - Beach and outdoor terrain and sports field 100 m In the apartment a double bed 160 cm and a sofa bed 120 cm. Equipment: Dishwasher, washer, TV, coffee maker, microwave, dishes for four and linens and towels.

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Log house and lakeside sauna.

Villa Rautioniemi, an atmospheric old log house located in Lempäälä, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. You can use the lower floor of the house approx. 130 m2 and from spring to autumn the beach sauna and fireplace cabin approx. 20 m2. Peaceful and "cool" parties are allowed. For an additional price, it is possible to arrange more space upstairs if more guests are coming. You can ask about it by sending a message.
