Bars and restaurants are flooding the nearby streets. There are also several playgrounds and play areas nearby, the nearest 120 m. Guests have access to the housing association's free laundry room.

For those coming to Olympiastadion to see a gig, the location is optimal - you can skip the lines to the busses and walk home after the concert in 20 minutes. Suvilahti also nearby.
