In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Hainrode is an idyllic village in the South Harz Biosphere Reserve and a paradise for hikers. The access road ends here, so there's no through traffic! Our camp is located at the end of the village, surrounded by old orchards with stunning views of meadows and forests. There are numerous hiking trails, as well as great opportunities for leisurely cycling or mountain biking to explore the countless trails.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool.
