Our stay in Lumen was top notch. Communication with An went super smoothly. Everything was very clear House is more spacious than it looks from the photos.

Emmanuelle gave us a great welcome: she was there, explained everything to us and prepared some surprises for us. She was flexible with check-in time as well. The house is very good, with cocooning decoration, and very clean. The kitchen is super well equipped (a multitude of pans, jars, utensils, raclette machine etc. ). We slept like marmots because the beds are very nice and the bed linen super nice. So: great stay! Thank you!

The cottage was perfectly located, quiet and it is possible to walk around. Easy access, has everything and above all is in a historic place! Thank you!

Very good stay at this charming house, access to the city of Brussels and its surroundings is very simple and inexpensive. David was very friendly and reachable, for the price, go for it without any worries.

We were traveling with two families with children aged 2-8. We had very good weather and were able to make good use of the lake. The house is very nice and we had a good time. Communication with Vincent was good.

We stayed at Noémi's house for a few days. Arriving at the property you notice that it has a unique character and almost tropical surroundings. The house had everything we needed and Noémi even left some much appreciated refreshments in the fridge. This is a family home which was perfect for us, as we are a family of five, with children aged 3 to 11. The kids loved the projector and big screen and Noémi was very helpful in ensuring the kids could watch Netflix. We also loved the outdoor area with the ping pong table, and above the garden where the kids could use the zip line and swings, however, it was quite challenging to get to the garden above as the hill is steep. All in all, we loved the house, it is spacious and comfortable and we would love to stay there again. Thank you Noémi!

We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful property with a nice walk to the lake and in a very peaceful, quiet area. The property was easy to find and a quick drive to several local restaurants :). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The pictures do not describe garden as amazing as it is :). The yard is a beautiful park a mini botanical garden!

We stayed at Anthony's villa with 6 adults, a child and a dog. As described, it is a well-equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired or the fridge that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. Absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. This allowed us to approach the last day of vacation in peace. Worth seeing in the area are Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive). All in all we had a very nice time at Anthony and Beas villa. Thanks for that!

Our stay at the Koppenherberg was fantastic. Super view, quiet area and all amenities are available in the house. Definitely a recommendation for families with small children who like to walk and cycle! The contact with Aurélie went very smoothly. Aurélie is very friendly, responds quickly and contacted herself to make sure everything was fine!

The house is lovely & neighborhood was quiet. It has all the necessary amenities in the house. Caroline was super responsive & accomodating. The outdoor space need a freshen up but it was winter for us so it didnt bother us. But I am sure she will handle that for summer stays. The outdoor space is so lovely for summer with all the seating areas & pool. The house is lovely with kids there is a little swing & play area. A tree house. The only struggle was the missing garage key as we had to run to get the door open from inside to open the automatic door as the remote was missing. But it was not their fault previous tenant took it. We will go back to this house & recommend it.

Nice and spacious home. Spacious bedrooms, almost all with bathroom. Very quiet location, nice views over the fields. Spacious and quiet garden with BBQ. Pool table hidden under the dining table. Lots of board games for the kids. Very nice destination!

I am so glad to have stayed in Jean-Luc's place. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful garden, swimming pool and his well-equipped villa. Moreover, Jean-Luc is a great host, easy to talk to and answers queries promptly and humbly. You will feel comfortable in his hidden gem. He is so warm and friendly.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Fabulous holiday. Quiet and peaceful. Not much around the resort within walking distance, but lovely cycling along the river into Tournai. Wonderful accommodation, perfect for our family.

A big thank you to Jocelyne for her beautiful welcome in a spacious and quiet accommodation. The accommodation was well equipped and close to Charleroi and Lake Water Hour . Jocelyne remains available and I highly recommend her place.

The house is ideal for a large family to visit Brussels and the local area. The house is right against a busy road which can seem noisy if you are not used to traffic sounds. Right across the road is a lovely forest with plenty of trails for walking or jogging. My kids enjoyed seeing all their pets and swimming in the pool. The home decor is very eclectic and interesting to look at. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Juliette's beautiful family home. The independent check-in was nonetheless very warm, thank you again for all your kind attention. The house was spotless upon arrival. Juliette was always responsive to our requests and very friendly. We had a lovely week's vacation thanks to her and her family. We'll be happy to go back.
