장점 가구들이 고급스럽고 깨끗했습니다. 고급 빌라 단지로 관리가 잘 되고 있으며, 주변 환경이 깨끗한 편입니다. 수영장의 깊이는 약 160cm, 길이는 약 10m 정도인 것 같습니다. 12명의 일행이 각자의 방에서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 스마트 TV와 노래방 기기가 있었습니다. 유튜브 프리미엄과 넷플릭스도 이용할 수 있었습니다. 요리를 할 수 있는 도구들이 준비되어 있었습니다. 호스트의 응답 속도가 빠르고 친절합니다. 바로 앞에 해변이 있습니다. 걸어서 이용할 수 있는 카페가 하나 있습니다. 단점 아직 숙소 호스트로서의 경험이 많지 않은 것 같아 발전을 기원하며 몇 가지 적어봅니다. 수영장이 있는 풀빌라인 만큼 수건을 넉넉하게 미리 준비해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 수건을 요청하면 항상 준비해 주셨지만, 미리 준비해 놓는다면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다. 각 방에 휴지통이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 화장실에만 휴지통이 있어서 불편했습니다. 방마다 작은 냉장고가 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 침대 시트는 깨끗하게 관리되어야 할 것 같습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방은 괜찮았지만, 다른 일행이 머물렀던 방의 시트는 처음부터 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 주변의 빌라들이 폐허가 된 곳이 많아 보기 좋지 않습니다. 주변에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 식당이 없습니다. (배달은 시켜 먹을 수 있었어요.) 단점도 있지만, 이 단점들은 호스트가 신경 쓴다면 즉시 개선될 수 있는 사항들입니다. 물론 현재 숙소의 상태는 단점들을 상쇄할 만큼 매우 좋습니다. 제가 언급한 단점들을 호스트가 개선해주면 매우 훌륭한 숙소가 될 것입니다.

최근 지어진 숙소답게 깨끗하고 창결함. 다만 근처에 다른 부대시설과의 거리가 좀 먼 관계로 숙소에 들어오면 나가기가 힘듬. 내부에 노래방 및 수영장 바비큐 시설이 갖춰져 있어 가족끼리의 여행이라면 최고의 숙소라 자부함

Thao’s place was a great place to stay. We went as a larger group and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite spacious (with balconies) and the elevator made it easier to go from floor to floor. Overall, totally recommend this place and will come back soon!

we had a lovely time staying in Philips villa. the villa was beautiful and so spacious and had everything we needed, it was lovely to have such a big spacious kitchen so we were able to do some home make cooking it had all the utilities we needed. he was so quick in responding to any questions prior to booking ☺️ and was so helpful with questions through out our stay. we got lost arriving and he was very quick in coming to the rescue we were greeted by his mum who collected us which was really lovely. we also met his sister and spent some time talking with her. she was also very quick to respond to questions and also helped us to arrange a taxi for our checkout. thank you for being greats hosts and for your kind hospitality and letting us stay in your home
