Pros The furniture was luxurious and clean. It is a luxury villa complex and is well maintained, and the surroundings are clean. The depth of the pool seems to be about 160cm and the length is about 10m. Our group of 12 was able to stay comfortably in their respective rooms. There was a smart TV and karaoke device. YouTube Premium and Netflix were also available. Cooking tools were available. The host is responsive and friendly Beach is just in front. There is one cafe that you can access on foot. Cons I don't think I've had a lot of experience as a host of places to stay, so I'm writing a few things in the hope that they can improve. I would like you to prepare plenty of towels in advance as a pool villa. He always prepared towels for us if we asked for them, but it would be even better if we could prepare them in advance. It would be nice to have a trash can in each room. There was only a trash can in the bathroom, so it was uncomfortable. It would be better to have a small refrigerator in each room. I think the bed sheets should be kept clean. The room I stayed in was fine, but the sheets in the room where another group stayed was not clean from the beginning. The surrounding villas are in ruins, so it's not good to see. There are no restaurants nearby that you can walk to. (I was able to order delivery and eat it.) There are disadvantages, but these are the disadvantages that can be improved immediately if the host cares. Of course, the current condition of the house is very good enough to offset the disadvantages. It would be a great place to stay if the host could improve the disadvantages I mentioned.

Just like a recently built accommodation, it's clean and created. However, it is a little far from other facilities nearby, so it is difficult to leave if you enter the accommodation. There is a karaoke and pool BBQ inside, so if you're traveling with a family, it's the best place to stay.

Thanh Thao was an amazing host. By far the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. She was very co-operative and supportive and always available for any assistance or guidance. The property we booked and stayed in was different due to some fire alarm clearance issue. But the host made sure we were informed well in advance and was ready to share more options if needed. Having said that it was a steal to get a host and a property which was so good that it made us feel at home. The house is 4 storied and we have private elevator inside the house. Thanks Thanh Thao for making our stay comfortable and making sure we had a great Xmas break and celebrations. Again appreciate all the support extended and this by far is one of the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. Wishing you a very Happy New Year and hope to visit Halong Bay and would surely book this property.

Thao’s place was a great place to stay. We went as a larger group and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite spacious (with balconies) and the elevator made it easier to go from floor to floor. Overall, totally recommend this place and will come back soon!

we had a lovely time staying in Philips villa. the villa was beautiful and so spacious and had everything we needed, it was lovely to have such a big spacious kitchen so we were able to do some home make cooking it had all the utilities we needed. he was so quick in responding to any questions prior to booking ☺️ and was so helpful with questions through out our stay. we got lost arriving and he was very quick in coming to the rescue we were greeted by his mum who collected us which was really lovely. we also met his sister and spent some time talking with her. she was also very quick to respond to questions and also helped us to arrange a taxi for our checkout. thank you for being greats hosts and for your kind hospitality and letting us stay in your home
