Monthly Rentals in Hải Châu District

A man in his mid-30s used it alone for 8 nights and 10 days. To start with the conclusion, it was a very satisfying accommodation, and I plan to use it again when I revisit Da Nang. Kevin is very kind. He's always there to help when you need it. It takes about 10-12 minutes on foot to Han Market, and I used a Grab motorcycle when necessary. There is a restaurant called Phở Ngọc within a minute's walk. I recommend you to go. I'll tell you the disadvantages. 1. It's not soundproofed. If necessary, it would be nice if you could prepare earplugs. 2. We recommend that you bring a shower (+ shower filter). After about a week, the shower filter gradually turns dark brown.. haha I personally recommend this accommodation because I was very satisfied.😃

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay. The space was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained; ideal for me, my wife, and our kid. The accommodations were top-notch, making us feel so comfortable and at home. A special shoutout to the cleaning ladies—they were incredibly friendly, thorough, and accommodating, taking care of all our needs and keeping the place absolutely pristine. The host’s service and communication were exceptional, always prompt and warm, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to checkout. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Thank you for everything!

Ciara was a great host. She herself came to greet us and handover keys although we came late at night. House was very beautliful. Although most of the times we faced language problem at vietnam but she was very good in her english. We felt like at our home. She was always there to guide us for attractions around. In all it was a very good stay. Kudos to Ciara for her hospitality. Thanks a lot Ciara.
