Beautiful Villa in Westend Berlin

The beautiful non-smoking villa from 1920 was completely renovated in 2014. It is centrally located near the exhibition grounds, City Cube and radio tower. The U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] are 5 minutes away. Wi-Fi, Apple TV free. 200 square meters on 2 floors. Large, bright rooms that have been tastefully furnished and offer everything to feel "at home." The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Ideal for trade fair congress visitors, business people, small families.

Kitchen with everything you need. BONUS: In the fridge, a small breakfast for the first morning after arrival. Massage chair to relax. You can access the upper area via a small spiral staircase in the apartment. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a cozy double bed as well as a shower room. 3rd person on request!

Room/duplex in the countryside near Berlin

Sit back and relax in my lovingly decorated duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to the house is a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used on request, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.
