Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik) on the border of the province of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Feel at home in our cozy apartment in the rural Nieuwland. A beautiful view on the polder and over 'de Vliet'. It is a good base for cycling along the Linge or a day of fishing at one of the many fishing spots nearby. Of course, you can also just 'stay home' because the apartment has everything for a relaxing stay. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every modern comfort.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
