The 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the center. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning bath. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjoining o f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you can always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Other mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge (without an icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked at the in-house yard. The bus usually runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden are welcome to use by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with you after consultation and consent of the landlords.

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Euer Zuhause: Ein lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadtinsel. In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

Wendland with dog up to 8 people, winter sauna!

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels.
