Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to Backgläntan 8 – a modern apartment in Kungsberget with everything you need! Enjoy a sauna, ethanol fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and furnished roof terrace with barbecue & fantastic views all year round. Two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The apartment has fiber internet and plenty of games for the whole family. There is also a travel baby bed and a high chair for the very youngest guests. The apartment has a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a private fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom, there is access to shampoo, shower soap, hand towels and bath towels. Parking is included.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, a river flows next to the cottage. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to a store with generous opening hours. Take an evening swim in the lake. Just a 3-minute walk. Proximity to golf 32 holes and pay and play 9 holes. The host family lives on the floor above. Bus to city center 10 minutes.
