The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A couple of minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget ski and bike facility. Walking distance to lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter 5 km skating rink on the lake in a few minutes walking distance.
