The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. It's spacious and unpretentious. Both outside and inside there are many nooks and levels. In the old perennial garden, there are fruit and ornamental trees and even a tea pavilion and a garden house with a porch. The house itself also has a cozy porch where you can enjoy both spring and summer. The kitchen is brand new and has all modern facilities.

Enjoy the simple life in a beautiful and cozy wooden house in the old part of Flovt Strand, 350 meters from the east coast's best beach! The house contains a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a nice dining area in connection with an open kitchen. Outside, you are greeted by an idyllic enclosed garden with a sunny wooden terrace and outdoor fireplace. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can sit down in front of a cozy wood-burning stove. In the lush garden is a 10 m2 orangery.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

Family-friendly flat 8 min to the city centre.

NO Youth groups 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/ living room, separate entrance. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
