The house consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen and an open-plan living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, a new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural property, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping, and playground. Klostergården - a cozy farm close to Ribe

The farm is an old family farm, which is close to Ribe, the Viking center, the Wadden Sea, Legoland and lovely Jutland nature. Here, generations have lived and cultivated a heathland that now stands as arable land and forest. Today, the farm is inhabited by Eva and Niels, the parrots, dogs, Icelandic horses, chickens and cats Alicia and Matrosky. The nature around the farm invites good walks and horseback rides. The garden is a great place for kids, with plenty of room for playing on swings, basketball, and trampoline. The farm is organic.

This accommodation accommodates 7 people, a large garden with a cozy outdoor environment and the possibility of parking on-site both inside and outside. You'll have your own home with great spaciousness and all the necessary equipment included. There is only a 20-minute walk, via the trail system (1.5 km) to Haderslev's dam park and downtown, where you will find shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and bars. It is a 12-minute drive (10 km) to the E45 highway.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

You are more than welcome! 😊

Overlooking the water, take lovely walks along the water side and enjoy a fantastic sunset over the north from the area behind the building where there is a barbecue and tables/benches and a small playground for children There is a fragrance dispenser in the living room that can be turned off.
