Large backyard with a pool, basketball and soccer court, and a professional trampoline. 7 minutes walk to the nearby beach. There is a beautiful promenade, a stretch of beaches and a beautiful reserve. The property has a separate guest house with a separate entrance and a shared access path, where a young couple lives. The yard of the property is private and there is no overlap except for the driveway. There are two cats in the yard (that don't come into the house). You can feed or put away as you desire.
