Downstairs unit with separate entrance and shared driveway live a young couple. The yard of the property is private and there is no overlap except for the driveway. There are three cats in the yard (who do not enter the house). You can feed or put away as you desire.

By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina).
