There is a beautiful promenade, a stretch of beaches and a beautiful reserve. The property has a separate guest house with a separate entrance and a shared access path, where a young couple lives. The yard of the property is private and there is no overlap except for the driveway. There are two cats in the yard (that don't come into the house). You can feed or put away as you desire.

Winemaker's Villa is close to the beach, family-friendly with the best road and dirt bicycle trails in Israel, as well as hiking trails, natural spring pools and beautiful views. By car we are 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the Train Station and 28 minutes to downtown Tel-Aviv (on the train from Binyamina). It is the perfect place to enjoy a real vacation in nature, do outdoor activities with the family and relax in the garden with a glass of wine. Our unit includes a trampoline.
