Spacious apartment in central Philadelphia, easy check-in/check-out, and responsive and friendly hosts.

Recommend! It was our time in Philly going to a concert at The Mann. Location was convenient for venue, and price was fair for the two nights we stayed. Not the best area and parking was challenging since it’s all just neighbor street parking, but manageable. Driving distance was good for downtown Philly or department store shopping etc. Andrew was a great host and made sure we had all we needed. Would stay again if in the area!

Enjoyable stay in an up-to-date, clean, and comfortable lodging space near Drexel campus. Excellent place for visiting parents. Host Lucy is very responsive.

We had great stay, 3 block from south Philly, open farm market with all fresh fruits and vegetables and that’s walking distance from condo, lots of restaurants to pick from that’s walking distance from condo. I will rent agin if in the Philly area

The location in Queens Village is awesome neighborhood. beautiful historical homes, easy walking distance to South Street, Penns Landing, Independence Hall, St Joseph's Catholic Church, first Catholic Church in Philadelphia. corner grocery store, restaurants every block, people friendly and courteous. Will definitely be coming back! the place was clean and pecably decorated.

Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Really nice spot in a great neighborhood. We had no issues at all and enjoyed out time thoroughly.

Sandra's place was great. It had everything we needed and was so cute and quirky. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to a ton of cool vintage shops, restaurants and other attractions. We drove and were able to find parking a block away and just left the car there the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. In addition Sandra was super responsive when I had questions.

The sonata was a great place with lots of character. It is a great place to just settle in on the rooftop deck with a fire and enjoy your family. There are also plenty of restaurants and night life spots in walking distance.

What a great place to stay for your Philadelphia area visit! Extremely spacious and clean place. Backyard setting is amazing. Appreciate the treats left during our arrival as well as our last night! Great hosts and hospitality! Highly recommend!

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
